This course is designed for you to embark on empowering yourself to live authentically.
Not only will it let you understand how our mind works, but it will also will guide you to explore your identity, identify core beliefs and reframe your thinking using C.B.T techniques.
I use both my personal and professional experience and training when working with clients and this course is the product of my own direct learning and development that I've accumulated since I've first experience mental health issues.
Despite being 5 weeks long, this course actually marks the beginning of an ongoing journey of self-discovery, empowerment and truth.
Your Instructor
Replenish is founded by Caroline McMenamin, a trained Integrative Counsellor specialising in C.B.T with over 15 years training and volunteering work. Caroline's experience living with her own mental health condition equips her with an personable, empathetic and non-clinical approach to working with you
